• All orders are shipped insured via UPS ground within the contiguous United States. If there is a need to receive your order more quickly please contact us at 877-PANGARTor email us at sales@pangart.com for your shipping possibilities and pricing.

 
• If you would like to purchase art and you are located in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada please call us at          877-PANGARTor email us at sales@pangart.com to request shipping charges. Standard delivery to these locations is 2nd day air and incurs an additional fee. Please have all the information such as artist and title of pictures you would like, as you will have to place your order over the phone.

 
• We are unable to process orders for international destinations at this time. (Except Canada)

 
• Every picture that is shipped is specially crated individually in a wood container with protective bubble wrap that surrounds the image for safety. As an added benefit the art is framed with picture quality acrylic glazing to reduce the chances of breakage.

 
• Damaged artwork rarely occurs since we carefully crate every item using special packaging designed to protect art. If you do receive art that is damaged, save the item, the damaged box, and all other packaging material and contact us within 7 days at sales@pangart.com or call us at 877-PANGART9:00 to 5:00 p.m. PST Monday through Friday.

 
Returns

 
• Please retain all packaging that came with your shipped package. In the event that you are going to return your order you will need to repackage it in its original packaging.

 
• You will have 30 days to return your shipment for a refund. The refund will not include any shipping charges that you may have incurred.

 
• When returning a picture, the customer will assume the cost of the return shipment and must ship it insured.

• If you choose to return the picture, please contact us at 877-PANGART or email us at sales@pangart.com to receive an authorization number for the return.
